Opis

From 1547 to 1918, Ehrenbourg Castle was the official residence of the Dukes of Coburg. The interior bears the hallmark of the Baroque period, while the façade, on Schlossplatz, has been remodelled in neo-Gothic style. The staterooms are embellished with Empire and Biedermeier furniture. The castle is also home to an art gallery displaying works by German and Dutch masters.
