Opis
In a building inspired by London's Crystal Palace, a variety of looms trace technological evolution up to 1910. The museum also explains all about the enormous machinery once operational here and the history of the textile industry, illustrated in particular by the famous "blanc de Cholet" which was obtained in the 17C by laying the cloth out on the damp clay soil of the grassy meadows.
