Opis

The House of the History of the Federal Republic of Germany provides an entertaining overview of contemporary German history through a wide range of audio-visual displays. It focuses in particular on the repercussions of the Cold War on the two states (West and East Germany) and on the impact of globalisation on the daily life of Germans. A Roman cellar discovered during construction work has been opened in the museum basement.
