Opis

Lapped by the waters of Bourget lake, the spa resort of Aix-les-Bains developed in the 19C thanks to the women of the Bonaparte family. In its heyday in the 20C, the resort was visited by high society celebrities from Lamartine and Queen Victoria to Pauline Borghese and Queen Hortense. Today its high society, spa clientele is attracted by the impressive spa facilities, spa park and the Grand Cercle casino.
