Opis

The climb to Niesen (2 362m) can be done by funicular or on foot, taking half a day. At the Niesen Kulm terminus, equipped with a hotel-restaurant, the view of the Bernese Alps, Lake Thun, the Plateau and the Jura is breathtaking. Forward, through the gap in the Kiental, the three peaks of the Blümlisalp emerge. Before Frutigen, in front and to the left, the ice of the Balmhorn and Altels shine.
