This restaurant nestled behind a green façade in the Saint-Cyprien neighbourhood is run by Nicolas Servant and Katie, his wife. Inside, concrete features meet wooden furnishings. The ingredient-led cuisine cuts to the chase: cream of porcini soup, poached egg and golden croutons; crispy pork belly, creamed pumpkin and chestnut; white chocolate ganache, quince and ras el hanout tuile. Genuine bistro dishes – hearty and flavourful – to be washed down with wine from a carefully curated selection.
