At the elegant restaurant within the Linden Museum, Baden-Württemberg's state museum of ethnology, a temporary shift in concept is underway. Operating under the name Stella Maris Pop-up, it is returning to its roots as a fish speciality restaurant, serving Mediterranean-inspired seafood dishes such as "bouillabaisse, sauce rouille, focaccia crisp" or "octopus, beans, chorizo". A five-course set menu is available, with an additional three-course option on Tue-Thu. The vegetarian version needs to be pre-ordered.
