Cosme, with its dark and moody demeanor, is something of a scene. This contemporary space leads with a handsome bar up front that pours a litany of seasonally inspired cocktails for an eager crowd. Roomy dining tables, soft lighting and a succinct menu of inspired Mexican dishes make for a good, if a touch pricey, experience. Past highlights include Maine uni tostadas smeared in bone marrow, grilled scallops prepared al pastor style, and the longstanding classic duck carnitas for two. To finish, there must be corn husk meringue.
