From the moment you arrive, service is of the highest standard here in the fine dining restaurant of the fantastic A-ROSA Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal! Then there is the fabulously chic interior design… and the cuisine by Sascha Kemmerer (who trained under Ortwin Adam, recipient of a MICHELIN star in 1978 in the original Ifen Hotel) and Hans-Jörg Frick, who share the leadership role in the kitchen. Their creative dishes win diners over with their outstanding craftsmanship, skilfully deployed contrasts and harmonious flavour combinations. With a predilection for regional ingredients, they also look beyond the borders of the Kleinwalsertal. The set menu echoes the changing seasons and comprises four to six courses, which you can also order individually. In addition, there is a short à la carte selection – the dishes for two are particularly tempting. The food and wines are presented at your table by an extremely friendly and competent team, as you take in the magnificent mountain view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The view from the lounge terrace, where the aperitif and the first offerings from the kitchen are served, is also fantastic.
