The Michelin Guide's review
Just a stone’s throw from the Gothenburg Natural History Museum and Slottsskogen park, is this 22-seater Japanese restaurant comprising a counter and two high-level tables. It’s owned and run by John and Teresa Chu, who offer an omakase experience encompassing appetisers, sashimi, nigiri, aburi nigiri, soup and dessert – as well as monthly special events featuring the likes of bluefin tuna or Wagyu beef. John carefully crafts the dishes in front of you, presenting them along with an explanation of their make-up, while Alven recommends Japanese drinks, sakes by the glass and even sake pairings.
