In this pretty, contemporary bistro in a pedestrian street by Place de Jaude and St-Pierre-les-Minimes Church, chef Valentin Chambonnière concocts generous, contemporary cuisine based on expertly crafted seasonal ingredients. The creative, spot-on menu is replete with tangy flavours: Jerusalem artichoke – in gnocchi and as crisps, is topped with pan-fried guanciale which strikes a hearty note; slow-cooked leg and shoulder of lamb, confit in spices, is rich in culinary contrasts, while a citrus fruit and white chocolate delight on buckwheat biscuit lends a refreshing final touch. Fine selection of cocktails and spirits. A warm welcome and seamless service.
