The restaurant’s name is inspired by “InATO”, evoking something in motion — a concept also reflected in the menu, where dishes are served in different acts (Acts I, II, III and IV) or in a tasting menu composed of VII acts. This original bistro‑style restaurant, led by young chefs Miguel Rodrigues and Tiago Costa, presents a creative proposal that marries national and international influences, always crafted with products of excellent quality. Our recommendation? Start with Focaccias stuffed with oxtail with a gentle truffle sauce, then the house’s true star of the show, seafood rice with scarlet prawn, and finish with the classic Pudim Abade Priscos (rich caramel custard) accompanied by basil ice cream and moscatel reduction.
