 Michelin Guide
 Fusion
 The Michelin Guide's review
This minimalist, urban-cool restaurant is part of the Sir Savigny boutique hotel on Charlottenburg's bustling Kantstraße, known for its many restaurants. Itameshi – Japanese-Italian fusion cuisine – is the name of the game here. The surprise menu, dubbed "Omakase Italiano", comprises eight to 10 small plates presented in a pared-back, ingredient-led style, with fish and seafood taking centre stage. The best place to sit is at the long stainless steel counter, from which you can watch the chefs preparing and plating the dishes. Alternatively, you can take a seat at one of the small tables.
